Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.
